Refund and Return Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are eligible only within 7 days of order receipt by the customer and must meet the specific conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
- Faulty Item:
If the product has manufacturing faults or defects, we will gladly accept returns and process a refund.
Please contact our customer support at support@blessconquergroup.co.za within 7 days of receiving the product, providing images and a detailed description of the faults. - Incorrect Item Received:
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, or if the received item does not match the description, we will accept returns and process a refund.

Return Process:

Email our customer support at support@blessconquergroup.co.za with your order number, images of the issue (if applicable), and a detailed explanation of the problem. - Return Authorization:
Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed if the return is eligible. Please wait for a return authorization before sending the product back. - Return Shipment:
Ship the product back to our designated address as per the instructions provided. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. - Verification and Refund:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for faults or discrepancies. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
